For this recipe I used just 1 Can 22 oz (1 lb 6 oz) of Lucky Leaf Premium Lemon Fruit Filling or Topping and it was plenty of lemon filling! And I found a frozen Gluten Free Pie Crust that I used. Found the Lucky Leaf Lemon Pie Filling at Walmart.
